CANCELLATION OF INSURANCE

I phoned Mi Way end of last month to cancel my insurance with them as I got better cover/premium from another company. I also asked for a no claim confirmation letter as the new insurance requested that. The person who I spoke to first wanted to know why I want to cancel. I explained to her then I was told to hold for a person to assist me. I held for 30 minutes then phoned again. The procedure was repeated three times until I got really upset. The next day they phoned me back but the line was really bad and I could not hear the person on the other side. It was as if they wanted to make it really difficult for me. I then phoned again after the weekend and asked them to cancel my insurance with them. The new insurance company also called them as I left SA for work. Until now the insurance have still not be cancelled and I still did not receive the no claim letter form them.
