i am so disturbed and bitter at miway consultants by the way the carry out their duties. i pay almost R2000.00 monthly premiums but come time of claim i get to be send from pillar to pillar and spend almost an hour on hold before you get to be transferred to the next department.
my VW broke down almost two weeks now of which it's claim was lodged the very same week, then was asked to write a report d e-mail it to claims department since then i never heard a word from them.
i now have a courtesy car from Avis, the lessee is for ten days... but my concern is that i kept sending e-mails on daily basis but no respond from the consultant dealing with my claim then in few days time i wouldn't have a car because of the poor service am receiving from miway. is this the kinda service i am going to get with all claims to come? i am paying lot and i have never had a claim for all the years i have been with miway.
i kindly urge miway to step up their game or else the business is going to the opposition.
