Money not showing in my account

A sum of money was transfer, d via EFT from an ABSA account, to me, the ABSA account holder confirmed that they made the payment, and did make it available immediately, this happened on 09-03-2013 (Saturday) I did receive a SMS, confirming that the money is in my account, I checked my balance at a ATM. The money is not showing at all, Still today 11-03-2013 the money is not showing in my account, its been 2 days, and its not even showing as available!! The person who made the EFT checked his account and confirmed that the sum of money has been deducted from his account.

To date i have not received any feedback from Standard bank.
