On the 30th of September I withdrew 3000 from a nedbank atm and something was wrong with the transaction and the money was reversed. when I was withdrawing money the next day I realised that 3000 was missing, I then went to FNB bankcity n I was told the money was withheld and I would get it within 7 days. after the 7 days I called customer care and I was told I was supposed to fill in a reversal form which I did the next day at the same FNB branch and I was told to wait 5 days again.after that 5 days my money is still pending and I don't wether I'll ever get it cos firstly with other banks when your money gets reversed you get it back on the same day without having to fill in all these forms. I have lost all my confidence with FNB. they are all incompetent.
