Capitec Bank

You have got to be kidding me. You have me wait for 3 weeks without any calls made to me only to tell me today that my claim 6726034 is denied. All Lesley could say to me is that there is no evidence because the criminals did not carry on on my account after it was stopped. They depleted all my funds!!! How dare you allow my money to be taken from my account and then turn around and say I withdrew the money. I want the photos of the person who withdraw my wedding funds on all those places. I am going to the Ombudsman, the media, Speakout, Beeld and Carteblance. This is disgusting in how your Bank can just play with a person's life with a one liner denial of responsibility. Who withdrew that money and how??? YOu tell me that!!! I only withdraw from that account when there are funds I have deposited. My brother deposited money for me for my wedding and I never touched that account until I wanted to withdraw some funds for a ring I wanted to buy. I want a response to all my requests now!!!
