I received a letter from Dial Direct - increasing my car insurance. I phoned and spoke to Ashley Moodley telling him that there was NO way I could afford the huge increase. He calmed me down and in a few minutes he was able to bring my premium done to an amount I could afford.
He was helpful - informative and very pleasant to deal with.

Thanks Ashley - you deserve "a bells"
