I called Dial Direct today with the intention of cancelling my current car insurance and Ashley Moodley assisted me. I told him my reason for cancelling was that another insurance company was quoting me a lesser monthly rate. He immediately counter that rate and offer me a much more cheaper rate than expected. While busy on the telephone with Ashley, i received my documentation confirming the new rate. Ashley also cancelled the other policy with the other insurance at the same time. That's what i call good service. Well done!
