HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? I DON'T THINK SO!

FNB so proudly asks "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? " But turns you away when you need their help the most! I have-been with FNB a few years now as a "Platinum Account Holder" and held a perfect account, never once defaulted on debit orders. On 5 June 2013 I hit a pothole with my car and as if that wasn't enough the company I work for had a cash-flow issue and was only going to pay staff on the 7th of June. So I'm sitting on the side of the road and no money in my account and the towing companies want the monies before they even lift the car. So I quite confidently thought ill call my bank to help out and those 5 little words came to mind "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? " Man was I wrong! Not even an effort was made to help nor did they give a about me and my current situation I find myself in. Just a "sorry" WE DON'T CARE TO HELP YOU! I think their marketing department should all be fired as they obviously didn't do their reseach before making such bold statements as a pay off line! Exactly what it is " A PAYOFF LINE" holding no merit whatsoever! In the end NO Help! No Tow truck! And 25km's of agonising walking. Thanx FNB! You Need Help!
