By my 3rd call to get my issue resolved with Dial Direct, i was to say the least p&%#. Luckily Ashley answered and after i gave my story, which he patiently listed too (and i was like a grumpy bear by now), he promised to get back to me later that day when i was still not happy with the outcome. AND HE DID! And i am again a satisfied client, rather than an ex-Dial Direct client.
Thanks Ashley, you could teach others at Dial Direct a thing or two about getting back to the client!
