Received my letter from Dial Direct to advise my premium on my car would be increasing to amount of R 1549 .04 which is an 18% increase from my previous premium. This is day light considering that if I checked on Hippo the average premium for this model of car was around R 800.00, when I asked them to see if they could match this quote considering that I have had my business with them for the last 5 years these were reluctant to do so, obviously trying to squeeze me the consumer for the most they can. What a bunch of can't believe I even trusted you to insure my car.
