Last week, I went into the Standard Bank Bryanston branch with a problem of funds not having cleared. It was a very serious issue for me. The funds should have been cleared. Ntando assisted me with excellent service. He spent about three hours on the phone to various Standard Bank departments trying to get the funds cleared. He went way beyond the ordinary and solved my problem. I highly commend him for his empathy with the customer, for not giving up and for being a shining example of what service in South Africa should be. I am so very grateful to him for giving so much of his time and efforts to help me. Thank you, Ntando. You put my faith back in great service in South Africa.
