Discovery takes advantage of honest paying clients

I spoke to Gisela Peter on the 15th of May-after posting my complain on Hello Peter.
Zaakir Mohammed confirmed last week (14 May) that I have a ZERO balance owing and the call centre agent confirmed the week before (ref number 2848465641) that I don't owe anything. I settled the CREDIT CARD in full on the 9th and it reflected as such. How can you charge me interest on a paid up account? I don't appreciate improper accounting practices. I paid another service provider in full on the SAME day as I paid Discovery (this service provider is also part of First Rand) and they did not charge me any interest on a ZERO balance.why is Discovery above the law? I will not pay any money as I've already paid. I've already reported this on Hello Peter before. I kindly request that AGAIN the agents check their facts! Romeo sent me a "Settlement Figure" for 18 May, 22 May and 24 May. I already submitted a closure form on the 14th of May and Zaakir (The Discovery Card Member who tried to convince me not to cancel) confirmed that I owe ZERO! Please don't take honest law abiding citizens for a ride! How many other citizens have fallen prey to for being HONEST? Dont call me, jack up your accounting books!
