It has been months of fruitless calls and empty promises by Eunice Mncube and Boipello Rabanyane at the Metropolitan Life call centre and even on email. All I want is for my complaint to be resolved and for the money owing to me to be refunded. For some reason, Metropolitan had been deducting premiums for somebody else's policy on my current account without my permission or knowledge, I don't even know this Mrs Groenewald". In addition to that, I'm having billing issue with my own policy monthly deductions and they keep sending me SMS messages giving an option to reply "Yes" to be called back but no ever calls back. When you call the call centre no one picks up and if I'm lucky I am subjected to these two (Eunice & Boipelo) who have done nothing about the query but to escalate to a useless back office. Sort this out once and for all before I report your "unauthorised debit orders" to the FSB.
