Having car trouble has never been this easy. I phoned Mitorite on Monday morning to request their assistance with a faulty vehicle. My first call was to Deno on his cell no. He was on the road early morning and received my dilemma with sympathy and an urge to be of immediate assistance. I was referred to the helpline and was amazed by the fast and friendly service from the staff. (Thank you Kate and Janet) These guys treated me like a VIP and really went the extra mile to ensure that I am assisted within the shortest amount of time and without effort from their side. Deno went as far as visiting the repair shop to find out what was happening and reverted all the information to me. This all within a day and a half. This is an amazing team, THANK YOU GUYS, I will never be without MOTORITE again.
