I received WORSE SERVICE EVER from Motorite, specifically from Barry & Justin at the Motorite Roadside Assistance Call Centre.
My Golf 6 GTI broke down at 1:30pm on Fri 3 Jan 2014 in the Cape Town CBD, I contacted Motorite to please assist...
Motorite firstly claimed I was not covered, then they said I actually was, an hour later. They then informed me that I should pay for the service, then later that I actually don't need to pay.
I was put on hold multiple times whilst waiting to be attended to. I dealt with multiple incompetent people at their Call Centre, such as Barry and Justin, who were apparently supposed to be handling my case; but ultimately just left me stranded in the city on the side of the road from 1:30-4:30pm, after which I eventually just decided to walk home.
Aftter 3 hours, depleting all my airtime and cellphone battery life in dealing with them-Motorite Roadside Assistance NEVER arrived at all!
I would urge others-especially females, to rather make use of another company, other than Motorite, if they value their safety in an event of a breakdown. Had I been stranded in a more dangerous part of the city, I would most certainly have been mugged.
