Hi There
I have been trying to get a simple answer from Metrolpolitan / Momentum for 2 months and no one seems to bother to make it their task to deliver an answer to a simple question. I moved to Dubai at the end of February and clearly advised via e-mail correspondence that I am not able to phone the 0860 no's from here to get speedier service. I have sent MULTIPLE emails and have escalated it, but all very civil requests have fallen on deaf ears.
I feel like pulling my hair out because it shouldn't be this difficult to get service as a customer from a service provider? I am not sure what else to do?
