It's taken me 2weeks with FNB to be told today there is no stock of the Galaxy Tab (which is on their smart device special offers for FNB clients.
I submitted the online application over 2 weeks ago. I sent a complaint on the FNB website. I was then called and said someone will call me but WRT the application everything looks good an I meet the requirements. Yesterday I was called to say there is no stock. Again advised by FNB employee to apply for the Galaxy Note II but today I get a call - no stock.
I get an SMS this evening saying: Your application is declined due to failed credit criteria - yet they have no stock of WHAT I WANT and they were prepared to offer me something I didn't want.
Disgusted by the service, also disappointed as I'm 23 years of age and have been with FNB for 10 years!
