Iam a customer not a fool or a stupid child she can speak to as she wants. This girl must know how to speak to a customer when doing her job. Is this how you treat customers. I have had the best service since somebody called me to assist me in ordering till delivery. Then i get a call form some agent that thinks she can scream at a customer and tell me i have attitude. Yes i will have attitude its my phone that you keeping calling and she does not even apologise but also gives me attitude. Well she could have explained what her call is about. Where i work that calls for being rude with a customer that calls for a hearing. I work with customers everyday for 9hours and when customers scream i just listen, apologise and assist. Your supervisor Felicia Mooi advised they will listen to the call and provide agent with feedback. I just feel like paying this account up and closing it. And keep telling friends and family of great service but after today my story changes. IAM A REALLY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER SHE JUST RUINED MY DAY.
