FNB BANK BAD ATTITUDE

Good day,

This morning I had an issue with one of your employee's her name is Liza Swiegers working at the Melrose Arch branch, she was rude and abrupt to me on the telephone.

I called in asking to speak to Mary Capriello and she said to me that she was not in, she was on leave. So I explained to her that I had some papers to drop off, I asked her if Mary would be in the Melrose branch on Monday from there she started having attitude with me saying oh there is no other branch that Mary would work at, as I tried to explain to her that she also mentioned the Norwood Branch she almost bit my head off.

And these conversations are RECORDED so please play them back and listen to her attitude.

For a customer who calls early in the morning and to receive service like that from such a big bank is disgusting and unacceptable. I would like to broadcast this on social feeds to hear what kind of service I received just over the telephone.
