I re-financed my car with another bank and they paid out the settlement value to SBSA VAF on 23/05/2013 however I received notification from my bank today that SBSA VAF has still debited my bank account with the monthly installment i was paying! I am annoyed as I urgently required the use of this money - please refund me my money immediately!!!
