Standrd Bank (VAF) taking extra money

I purchased a new vehicle this year and it was financed by Standard Bank VAF, the total installment came to just below R4100 per month. When I received an sms notification, on the 12 Feb 2013, it said that R5007.03 was deducted from my account for the VAF. I immediately called VAF and they told me that they had also included a "Top-up" and a "Protection Plan" even though I clearly declined these on the contract. I was furious that they included these options when I didn't want it! I demanded my refund, which they said will available in a 3 days. I heard nothing from them for a week until I contacted them again on the 19 Feb 2013 and again they assured that by the end of the day (19 Feb) my funds will be returned to me but still, today the 21th Feb, I have not received my refund nor have a received any response from VAF as to why they have not refunded me. This is really unprofessional, firstly they take extra money from my account which I did not give authorization to do and secondly, I never receive any feedback what so ever as to the delays in getting my money back. I have banked with Standard Bank for more than 12 years and I'm now considering changing my bank!
