I received my policy review this morning and I can honestly say i was shocked. A 16.5% increase on a car that aged by 2 years (from new), without any claims in the past and no other changes. Apart from that the worst was still to come when i phoned to enquire.
I phoned expecting them to reconsider and make a downward adjustment but no - the exact response I got when asked if they would rather lose a client than help out with a reasonable premium was "In this case - yes".
I cannot understand the logic!
