This morning I went to Standard Bank in the Boulders mall in Midrand very stressed as SARS paid my money back into the wrong account - I used to have a bank account with SBSA and then since went to FNB due to poor service from SBSA I am at this point in time paying back a monthly fixed arrangement which I have never missed back to SBSA every month - I told the lady at enquiries that the amount of 7600 was payed and also shows and I would like her to please help me as I need this money back as I will stick to my normal arrangement she wrote my name on a piece op torn paper and said she will phone me back after she has confirmed the source of income!.. I still haven't heard a thing after 25 minutes on my cellphone account and transferred twice to the wrong branch through the call centre after I was at the bank this morning I still have not heard a word from anyone... I remember know why I left standard bank in the first place
