I traded in my vehicle and the car was settled by the dealer on the 28th March. SBSA debited my account for the vehicle in April. I queried this and was told that it had been escalated to the administration area on the 3 April. I get a response today saying
"Good day
Kindly note the account number provided is invalid Sbsa account.

The account number given was correct. Also i am unsure what i am supposed to do with this email response. Do they want a response or not.
I want the debit reversed and the installment refunded as i have now paid an installment for a vehicle that has already been paid for.
This is shocking service from Standard Bank.
