Why must i then pay anything

Ears have listed my account as written off. that is affecting my credit profile which means i am being declined for rental houses all over. i cannot get a place to live because of your . its not my fault that they gave all their accounts over to african bank, so why must i now be penalised. even when my account was up to date i got a african bank statement every month for my bears account. fix your mess or i will not pay one cent more on this account
