I had complained on Hello Peter because sanlam was just taking too long to pay out on a retirement policy and then Ina called Me and We discussed the matter further. less than 3 weeks after my complaint we received the money. I am very greatful for a great service you gave me though I wish u had helped us sooner before I had to report sanlam. As for Even Rakate from the Midrand branchYou have been a great consultant to deal with. You have been there for me and my mother since the beginning of all this claim and you have always been phenomenal even when we got impatient with You. Thank You so much and please infuture attend to clients claims a bit quicker. Thank You again.
