The worst service

I had a Geen & Richards account which I settled about a month ago and I've been calling twice or 3 times a week since then to get a PaidUp letter and each time I get a run around. I am really sick of this, all I want is a PAID UP LETTER!!! like how difficult can that be??? I sit on the phone for about 6 minutes sometimes 10minutes while someone veryfies details & checking up with "someone" only to be promised each time that it will be emailed to me... am still waiting for an email. Each time I ask for a supervisor am told they are in a meeting. One agent told me the supervisor (Dan Dhlamini) promised to send it to me but never did. The next day I called & no knew who that was, an agent called Kgosi Erasmus wasted 10min of my time only to say he doesn't have access to sending the letter but promised to send it, that was a week ago... am still waiting!!!
