DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! DISHONEST EMPLOYEES!!!

I spoke to a lady by the name of Jabulile Mnguni and she assisted me with my settlement letter. I paid the amount and had to wait ages before the money reflected even though the money was deposited directly at standard bank. I HAD TO WASTE MY AIRTIME AND TIME AND MONEY TO CONFIRM IF THE MONEY REFLECTS!!! No one bothered to notify me and no one bothered to send me a paid up letter!!! I then wasted my airtime and money again by calling the 011 207 4500 number and spoke to 3 different people. I called three times and each person I spoke to told me that they will send me the signed paid up letter shortly but the incompetent staff sent me a stupid statement!!! The people I spoke to were Nthabiseng and Portia. Portia then informed me that her supervisor by the name of Lumkompande will send me the signed paid up letter BUT APPARENTLY THE SUPERVISORS SEND THE LETTERS BEFORE THEY LEAVE AT 16:00. TILL THIS DAY I AM SITTING WITHOUT A PAID UP!!! NO SUPERVISOR/MANAGER OR EVEN STAFF HAS BOTHERED TO DO A FOLLOW UP AND MAKE SURE THAT I GET THE SERVICE I DESERVE AFTER I HAVE FULLY PAID UP MY ACCOUNT!!! I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO ANYTHING THROUGH AFRICAN BANK!!!
