I've been waiting for a refund since 4 June 2012
I'm sick & tired of 10 different people calling me from Geen & Richards asking for my Bank statement. I've sent the bank statement & copy ID on May 14 to Tumi. Another gogo from Menlyn also requested my Bank details, I provided them. Why should I send my bank statement to the whole world? For what?
This week Tuesday I told the Customer care lady, Kerusha to not call me. Whats the point of calling and not refunding me. I dont want phone calls, I want my money. She promised on 07 May that she'll attend to this matter, today is the 23rd.
Geen & Richards acknowldged they have my money, whats difficult about doing an electronic transfer?
It looks like I wont be getting my refund at all. Good luck to all people who will be doing business with them now & in the future.
