I have two personal loans with Nedbank and did complain about them previously, and still they irritate me.

With my surprise I went on my on line banking and Nedbank took double my money for both loans without notifying me. I did call the call centre and oh my was that a disaster!

I called yesterday 02 April and went through to a gentleman who first said I didn't pay for January 2013 therefor they took double money, I said I will check my bank statement. So I did print an internal bank statement and saw that I paid on the 2nd of December 2012 and again on 29 December 2012 so I take that the one for 29 December was for Jan 2013. I called again and the next lady told me it was Feb 2013 and then again May 2012?? This does not make sense!

I want my money back that was debited double and a urgent and reasonable response why this happened.
And according to me to take money without notifying the client is against the consumers law especially if it is a debit order!
