Good Afternoon

I spent almost an hour today on the phone with FNB and at the end of it all, I did not receive any assistance. I was transferred from one consultant to another (probably 6 in total) with each one saying I have come to the wrong department - how can that be the case each time??? All I wanted to do was a balance transfer between my FNB accounts. When I eventually got through to the right department, I was told that the SYSTEM does not have "country of issue" of my passport so therefore they cannot help me??? So then the team leader (Ian Ramsamy) said I should go an sort it out at the bank! I have submitted copies of my passport so many times to FNB, I have multiple accounts with them, so why can't someone just look for my documents and correct THEIR system? Why should I have to be the one to resolve their INEFFICIENT systems??
I have always been happy with FNB's service, but today was truly appalling.
Can someone that can actually help me give me a call please?
