MERCY FNB MERCY!!

It took 2 months to open our Commercial account with FNB, after screaming and shouting at a poor lady in the call centre I finally managed to get help on the particular document issue I was having and finally got everything sorted out. BUT now after feeling like the battle was won i found out it has only actually just begun. I tried to register for online banking, entering the ereg card number, but the instructions they give you don't match their website so i now have a online banking profile that is not active. i went into the branch to get help and they told me that virtual documents has not loaded the signature card so all three directors have to come into the bank in order to go any further... are you being funny? or just ridiculous!!! its not my fault the instructions were not correct, its not my fault that no signature card has been captured... sigh FNB so much for simple easy banking...
