I was 1 month in areas with my account and on Thursday last week Nedbank debited my account three times instead of two when I call the bank they advise me that the money is not reflecting on their side yet. I call again on Friday and the lady I spoke to informed me that she will log on their system a refund and the money should be in my account within 24 hours. Weekend went by Monday I call them again and they tell me that the money will only be paid on Wed the 5th. This Charlotte lady that I spoke to and refered me to Clayton who is supposidly the team leader who could not answer any of my questions like "Why was my account debited 3 x in the first place? " he kept telling me he cant answer that I must speak to their collections department dont they work for the same company? I had debot orders including funeral policies and medical aid deductions that were meant to go through on my account and them bouncing means I would have to wait three months before I am active again and on top of that I am charged penulty fees by supplier and by the bank for insufficient fund for debit orders. Charlot even informed me that there is a que for refunds as lots of cust had the same problem as me
