On the 25th January, Nedback debited my account with 3x my monthly installment. I was not aware of this until today. I then called the call centre who in turn put me through to the collections department. I spoke to a lady by the name of Lekone who acknowledged that my account was debited incorrectly and in turn said she will escalate it to the department that deals with account reversals. She then advised me that it will only take 48 hours to be reversed. I informed her that all my other debit orders are debited from my account on the 1st, which means that all my debit orders will be returned as unpaid if they are not able to reverse the payment today. She was not able to assist and I asked her to put me through to someone that can assist. She then put her Senior on the line with me, who is the Account Manager, Amina Canthicoo. She was also not able to assist and told me that my payment cannot take priority as there are issues with my account and therefore I have to wait 48 hours before my money will be reversed to my account.

I would like to know who will be kept liable for all my unpaid debit order fees? This is unacceptable and I want someone to attend to this matter urgently
