We have had a complaint with Absa as a tremor occurred in our area. We did log a call with Absa and was told that they will come back to us and after several complaints and e mails we do get a response from Absa to say they will not fix out ceiling that cracked. They tell us that they are waiting for the contractors to get back to them and now they say they will not be fixing our ceiling. They actually put the challenge in our court and tell us to go to the ombudsman. Absa does not know how to deal with their customers. They just do not care. Why keep us on the line for so long and then tell us that after so long that nothing will happen. Now we have to carry the bill. The crack is getting bigger and nothing gets done. Why keep us on a line for so long and why after we complain at HP then they decide not to help us. Poor service from Absa
