I enquired into a Service Plan and Warranty extension with Liquid Capital a few months back. The prices sounded good and I agreed to take on these policies. Weeks had passed and I hadn't received any documentation. I requested this in writing from the person that had sold me the policies but still didn't get any documents. Eventually I was emailed documents for the Service Plan extension, but still no warranty documents. I then in writing asked that they cancel this Warranty extension - I'm not going to pay for a policy and not know the conditions! There was no response to my emails but I noticed that Liquid Capital didn't debit my account either so I left it at that. Now, a month later, they start debiting my account for a policy that I requested to be cancelled??
Please return my money and cancel this policy. Try teaching your staff some email etiquette as well!
