I First Emailed [Email Removed] in November 2013 requesting my Documents, I have subsequently re-Emailed (and keep receiving Read Receipts) I have 5 Case Reference Numbers for my Query. Surely as I pay them on a Monthly Basis - it is there responsibility to send me my Policy Documents when I ask for them.
Don't know what and when Kia will get paid for the service on my Sorento - when I take it for a service to them.
Liquid Capital are actually pathetic, if you looking for an after Warranty Service Backup - Rather look elsewhere, don't go to Liquid Capital.
