Money Missing from Account

Standard Bank is pathetic. An amount of R4500 dissapeared from my mother's Stanlib investment account. This amount was withdrawn in three installment.
1. R1500 - Before Jan 2012
2. 4 Jan 2012 - R1500 - Stanlib investment acc
3. 10 Feb 2012 -R1500 - Stanlib investment acc

The people at the branch were not so helpful and a suspicion is that they are involved in my mother's cash. The reason people are leaving Standard Bank.

Standard Bank please investigate. This is a huge amount for a pensioner.
