As with all sales - people are quick to get you to buy something but when you have an issue they are not good at responding or helping. I have had this encounter with Liquid capital. Nokuthula, which is the sales person sold me a service policy extension on my vehicle. She told me that I will be receiving an email with all the details as discussed. I received nothing and followed up with her, she did not respond to my emails. I phoned a manager named Trishen, he was helpful in the sense that he got her to phone me back. Two weeks after the initail call I received my documentation. However, the finance company;s documentation was only recieved 5 days ago. I then realised they charge me almost R4000 in interest - this was not mentioned when the policy was sold to me - I think it is very unethical. I phoned immeditely on Wednesday to cancel the policy. I have had no response fromthem as yet after several calls and email. Do not take a policy through them as the interest charged is ridicioulus! the service is also very poor!
