Still no news from First For Women

I completed an "Online Quote" application on the site on 03/06/13 and got a call back from Brilliant Modise, who kept me on the phone for nearly an hour during my work day. After answering his endless list of questions, I had the fortune of having to answer them all again.

I eventually had to ask him to call me back later to give me the quote, as I was kept on hold for ages. He called again after 12, but I couldn't hear him very well, so I asked him to email me the details of the quote, which he agreed to do.

By 05/062013 still no quote and so completed the "we'll call you" section to try and get some feedback. Received a call and explained that I'd already answered all the questions and am still awaiting a quote. I was told that my details were captured, but for some reason my quote had been put on hold. I eventually received the quote on 05/06/13 and on 07/06/13 wrote back asking for a more detailed quote stating what would be covered and to compare to other quotes I had received.

Only received a call back from Brilliant on 10/06/13 to say he would send more details and still nothing! Very disappointed in the lack of service and would appreciate more professional assistance
