1st time client, not impressed

Ought a new vehicle in september 2013, huyndai i30, seeing that i was very excited took at all the bells and whistles with regards to the value added products, which includes maintenance plan, warranty booster, add cover, deposit cover, extra life insurance, tyre and mag policy, paint tech policy etc

these policies are all split between regent and liquid capital, took regent a while to eventually reply and send me my policy documentation via email, but no success with liquid capital,

now seeing that you have the option to inquire via website, and seeing that nobody is even bothered to reply, why do you have it available?

customer service email address, why do you have the option available if nobody is bothered to reply?
customer service from liquid capital is shocking
regret taking out all the policies seeing that customer service = non-existent, if it takes this long to get a reply from customer service, how long will an actual claim take???
useless, testing my patience which ran out after email 3!
