Very Poor Service

On the 12 of November I called the Liquid Capital to extended my service warranty, the lady told me that they going to email me and send the policy documents but I never received them and the funny part they even deducted my money while the lady told me that my plan is going to start to deducted on December month end but it didn't even and told me that my policy will start after 3 months now Kanyi CC tells me is going to start on the 4th month what plans are you selling to us? she even told me they will listen to my conversation am still waiting to her even now
