i called a month ago to enquire why i have not recieved the documentation for my maintance plan that was taken out in Januray, only to find out it was captured incorrectly as a service plan. why would i take a service plan if it come standard on my car. it was then "corrected" on the system but i still have not recieved the documentation. i have been calling everyday for the past month and i still have not recieved the email you guys promise to send. i urgently need those documents or i will cancel my policy and expect a full refund.
