I have called the call centre many times requesting policy Documents, but have yet to receive them. I took 2 policies with them over 6 months ago and I haven't received any policy documents. They instituted the debit orders immediately, but failed to email or post the documents.
I have a service plan & a warranty that I want policy documents for. Today I spoke to another lady Shakira, who again told me that they would send it, but if I don't receive it within 7 working days, I must call back! This is unacceptable!
