Bad Customer service and unfair billing

I took a 6 months loan at Atlas Finance in December and i never missed a payment, so this month is decided to pay in advance on the 8th and i told them not to deducted money at the end of the month since i payed in advance and they told me that they will not deducted, to my surprise on the 29th when i check my bank statement i found that they deducted my money even though i payed in advance and when i go to their brunch the consultant that helped me when i came to pay in advance who goes by the name of Ellis tells me that unfortunately the is nothing they can do "with an attitude" its up to head office to decide whether they will refund me or not and even if they decide to refund me she doesn't know how long will it take before i can get my money back. I tried to explain to her that i need to get that money as soon as possible because my debit orders are behind and i need to pay rent as well but she didn't seem to care as she did not even try to contact the head office that she was talking about. Right now my debit orders are behind and my overdraft is over the roof because of debit orders re-bouncing and my landlord is on my neck for rent and is all Atlas fiance's fault.
