Terrible Customer Service

I had received a call from thi company called Baybort about a month ago. I dont know how they got my information how ever the y offered me a Cellular Contract. I then Spoke to there call centre consultance and the took all the relevant information from me. To date i have called them 6 times to confrim what the outcome is. They said it had been decline due to the fact they could not confirm employment. Viola the rep said she would refer the matter to another department and get the process completed. Today i called again and it has been told to me that i need to reapply after 90days. I have wasted my time and money on calling them and they never return your calls. If this is what happens with the application can you imagine what will happen with your accounts or bills.
