Where did the money go

I noticed a transfer of money into my account which showed available, so I put it into savings. Now suddenly the balance I have which was positive is negative and about R200 is missing.
Can FNB explain where this money disappeared too?
All your radio promotions and no one gets to hear about the crazy charges you people levy, and it is not even clear why.
