Outsurance eventually paid out, but only covered my computers and TV and no stock. The rest of my claim they refused, they can only help if i find the lost data (computer). Conrad requested documentation (invoices) which i did. i took Jana three weeks to process and still declined it because i could not provide stock take records.(data was on my computers). Ive appealed the decision and spoke to Viksha who told me I must email my objection to her. I was under the impression that she would forward it to the complaints department but instead she answered and declined my objection. Viksha is the same person who days I logged a claim signed a threatening email to me. And at the moment I feel like I'm running against a brick wall as my claim only revolves around Viksha, Brenda, Jana and Conrad, and does not go to independant complaint consultants.
