I was in an accident on 24 November 2012, not my fault! After following all the correct procedures and filing a claim with Outsurance, the matter to this date has not been resolved. Both myself and the other party are insured with Outsurance. I have spoken to numerous people, all assuring me that they are attending to my claim. And then eventually someone told me that it has been send through to the panelbeaters and that I will be contacted. When I after weeks phoned Westrand panelbeaters to see why they haven't contacted me, they were completely unaware of what I was talking about!! Now I believe my claim is at Outsurance's legal department and to get hold of someone there for an answer is a lost case! I am totally disgusted and disappointed with the service from Outsurance and demand that my claim be attended to, sorted out, and apologised for immediately.
