No paperwork, or CANCEL this insurance policy

My Spareshop was broken into, I opened a case at the Police station. The matter was reported to Outsurance on the 12/02/13. An assessor Jana Van Brede phoned me, and told me she will only be available on the 14/02/13, in the mean time I should take photos of the incident. I insisted that she see me sooner. Then she made an appointment for 13/02/13. Jana came to assess the place accompanied by Willem (Surname and Company Unknown) for the alarm, I told him that I got someone to fix the alarm. And showed them the requested pictures, she conducted a interview and requested: Stock take records, Purchase records for goods, Sales records and the SAPS statement. I informed her that both my computers were, stock recrds and sales recrds are impossible to acquire as I had a point of sales system on the computers. I told her upon purchase of the shop there was existing stock and that I have receipts of each and every stock item thereafter. She refused to go through the invoices. 14/02 Brenda threatened me to either cancel the insurance or pay assessment expenses if I do not provide those documents. Eg: If your cellphone with sim card gets - contacts cant be retrieved
